Looping Event Recorder
The King of Hearts Express is a simple, easy to use cardiac event recorder that helps diagnose transient symptoms such as syncope, palpitations, chest pain and dizziness.

Procedure
The monitor is attached via two ECG leads to the patient's chest. It is continuously recording the ECG signal. When the patient feels a symptom, they activate the RECORD button. The monitor will record a specified time period before and after the button was activated. It will also automatically record if the patient's heart rate should be above or below certain levels. The information can be sent via phone lines to the clinic where it is downloaded, analyzed and printed out for the physician.
